This course will enable licensees to improve their knowledge and understanding of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Article 17 and Standard of Practice 17-4; “procuring cause” and who is “responsible” for a sale and who should receive the compensation promised; procedures, policies, and considerations that guide Professional Standards Hearing Panels in arbitration cases.  Discussion of the Threshold Myth, Contract Myth, and Agency Myth.  Case studies and scenarios.

This course also fulfills the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics Training Requirement for 2022-2024 (deadline Dec. 31st, 2024).  Formerly known as Quadrennial Ethics then later Biennial Ethics –  The course is now good for THREE YEARS!
