NEVADACE.com Enrollment Agreement
1. Refunds, Cancellations, and Credits
All live course enrollments are non-refundable, except in the event that the course is cancelled by NevadaCE.com.
If you cancel your enrollment at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the live class, you will be issued a course credit that may be applied toward a future live class offering. Course credits have no cash value, are non- transferable, and may be subject to expiration as determined by Provider policy.
Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the start time of the class, failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, or removal from class due to noncompliance with conduct requirements will result in forfeiture of all fees paid, with no refund or credit issued.
2. Technical Requirements and Student Responsibilities

3. Conduct and Virtual Classroom Protocol
To comply with Nevada continuing education standards, all students must adhere to professional classroom conduct at all times. By enrolling in and attending a live course,

NevadaCE Zoom Protocol
- You must attend class from a stationary, private location. Attendance from a moving vehicle, public location, or while walking is prohibited.

- You may only engage in activities that would be permitted in a physical classroom environment (“If I can’t do it in the classroom, I can’t do it on Zoom”).
- You must be familiar with and responsive via the Zoom chat feature and comply with instructions from the instructor or class monitor.
- You must respond promptly if contacted by the instructor or class monitor via chat, email, text, or phone.
Any violation of these rules may, at Provider’s sole discretion, result in removal from the class, loss of attendance credit, and withholding of your certificate of completion, without refund or credit.
4. Certificates and Regulatory Compliance
Certificates of completion will only be issued to students who fully comply with all attendance, participation, technical, and conduct requirements. Provider makes no guarantee of credit if regulatory standards are not met.
