Provided paralegal services for Nevada real estate licensees in defense of Nevada Real Estate Division complaints. Assessed, analyzed, and reviewed complaints alleging violations of NRS 645 & NAC 645; NRS 113 & NAC 113; and NRS 116 & NAC 116. Created timelines, compiled and organized documents and other evidence; assisted in preparing responses to complaints and; helped to prepare respondents for contested hearings and non-contested negotiated settlement hearings.
