Avoiding Civil Litigation in Property Management
CE # Pending 3 Hrs. Risk Reduction or “Elective”

This course is designed to increase the knowledge and understanding of property managers with specific reference to Nevada Landlord Tenant Law, relating to habitability as set forth in NRS 118A.290.  This class will also examine other pertinent statutes relating to the duties and obligations of property managers such as NRS 645.257(3) and (b NRS 645.6047).  This class is highly interactive and employs the case study method and group discussions.  This class will enable property managers to better serve the public, and reduce their risk of civil litigation, NRED disciplinary action, and professional standards ethics complaints.
