There are more cases of consumers going after these Real Estate Agents who are either part of the LLC or some type of the arrangement worked out with them. What the consumer needs to know is that it might be a buried on them because these people are just trying to make money, they are getting the work done cheaply or they are not getting licensed contractors when flipping the property. We recommend that you always do a home inspection and let that inspector be very thorough. But the only problem is that it excludes a lot of things and some buyer agents don’t want it to make too difficult on themselves and they are having clients waive roof and structural inspections.
