There are several reasons why a CE course or Post-Licensing module does not appear on your Nevada Real Estate Division (“NRED”) My Account. Here are a few of the possibilities: (1) The course sponsor did not send in their upload to the NRED (sponsors are required to submit their roster upload no later than three business days following the date the class was presented). (2) The Education Dept. of the “Division” received the sponsor upload but hasn’t uploaded the information to your “My Account.” They have hundreds of classes to upload so it may take some time. However, the “Division” does not rely upon what is or is not in your “My Account” to determine whether you’ve met your educational requirements.* [See: NAC 645.313]
Make sure you have hard copies of your certificates (which can be originals or duplicate copies). (3) Courses will not upload to your “My Account” if your license is closed, expired, or inactive.
