65 or Older & Licensed in Nevada 30 Years or More! – 15 Hrs. Core CE, Broker & Broker Salesperson Package

Description

Licensees who are 65 years or older and have been licensed in Nevada in good standing for 30 years or more may apply for an exemption to complete a reduced number of CE credits required for renewal.   This package is for Brokers and Broker Salespersons:   3 hrs. Agency, 3 hrs. Contracts, 3 hrs. Ethics, 3 hrs. Law & Legislation, and 3 hrs. of Broker Management.  Property Management permit holders must still complete 9 hours of CE required for the renewal of her or his permit.  Business Broker permit holders must still complete 3 hours of CE required for the renewal of her or his permit.
